BACKPACK
The BACKPACK system is a cost effective dispersant application unit which is designed for applying small quantities of dispersant during the final stages of oil spill clean-up. It features a 16 or 20 Litre Tank and Manual Pump which is carried on the back to allow the spraying of dispersant at inaccessible locations such as beaches, rocky shorelines, harbour walls, etc. The 16 Litre system can be supplied with a 3-nozzle spray boom to increase the area treatment rate which is particularly useful for beach and shoreline operations.
