CHEMSPRAY
The CHEMSPRAY system is a cost effective "First Aid" Dispersant Spray system which is designed for use on board Tugs, Offshore Supply Boats and other vessels for the application of dilute dispersant onto small oil spills using a single hand held nozzle. The system uses a fire main water supply to drive an eductor which draws dispersant from drums to apply the diluted dispersant via a hand held nozzle. The eductor's dispersant inlet incorporates a control valve which allows the dispersant to be applied at a rate which may be varied from approximately 0 to 90 Litres Per Minute. The hand held nozzle is rated at 360 LPM giving a spray length of approximately 20m. For more control over dispersant application, the CHEMSPRAY can be operated with optional 6m Spray Arms; a configuration which is popular for Tugs and Offshore Supply Vessels.
